The Conscious Art of Living is for individuals who seek to increase emotional and physical health by understanding and integrating the functions of the mind, body and spirit. Becoming conscious of how these parts of ourselves contribute to our thoughts, beliefs, feelings and behaviours reveals that we have choices in this world beyond any we may conceive. We have all been programmed through internalized conditionings and beliefs to function in a certain way in our work, our relationships, our parenting and our communication of thoughts and emotions. By coming to know and understand these conditionings and beliefs we learn to respond to, rather than react to, the circumstances we face.
When you are ‘in the dark' regarding these beliefs and conditionings you are living as if life is happening to you rather than you 'happening' in life.
We were not born to suffer and struggle, but to experience the joy and freedom meant for us. Becoming conscious of how we keep ourselves in the dark sheds light on our original and true purpose of being here.
